For us, Villa Tychia is a dream come true. Having dreamt of owning a villa for many years, we very much hope Villa Tychia will be a place where everyone who visits can unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
With that in mind we have furnished the villa to a high standard, and have spent a great deal of time searching for the right furnishings to make it as comfortable and relaxing as possible for all our guests.

The fully air-conditioned, three bedroom villa is designed to accommodate 6 people, with two double bedrooms and one twin room. Each has its own en suite shower-room, the twin room having a shower above a full sized bath. The first floor bedrooms lead to a spacious balcony, overlooking the pool, from where beautiful views of the Ionian Sea and olive groves can be enjoyed. 

    

 The third bedroom is situated on the ground floor and features patio doors which lead directly to the pool and garden area.

The individually styled bedrooms are furnished with solid oak beds, bedside tables, and a dressing table, while the soft furnishings give each it's own character. 

Downstairs, the living area includes a contemporary leather corner suite, 28" flatscreen LCD television, DVD player and CD player.

 

The dining area features a solid oak dining table with a black granite insets, and oak dining chairs with leather seats. There is also a fully stocked wine rack available, on a use-and-replace basis!!

The brand new fully fitted kitchen is equipped to cater for every need! For your convenience it is fitted with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

 

The villa is set on a 762 m2 plot and has a large covered veranda. The colourful landscaped gardens feature a traditional greek bbq with it's own herb garden, and surround an 8.5 x 5.2m private pool. The veranda and pool area is furnished with a table and outdoor seating for 6 people as well as sun loungers and parasols. From September 2008 there will also be a child's swing.
